Ali Rafiq is the reason I selected UIF over Guidance Residential. Usually I am not free during working hours, but Ali Rafiq made my life easier to make the most sensitive and big decisions of my life by his willingness to provide info after working hours. He truly deserves a bonus for that for sure. He responded to my text messages and provided support at 10 pm. He helped me in early closing as we had a flood in the previous residence. My actual closing day was Aug 30 and today is Aug 25 and we closed the deal on Aug 16! Half the time, which shows amazing teamwork by UIF (including, processor, underwriter and other administrative staff). Ali Rafiq went the extra mile for me and contacted the seller agent for early closing per my request. He is truly an asset to UIF!
